Who We Are

3 Rivers International is a Christ-centered ministry based in Knoxville, Tennessee.

We exist to:

  • Encourage and mentor pastors and church planters.
  • Support incarcerated men and assist their reintegration into society.
  • Bring the gospel to the world’s uncontacted peoples.

Founded in 2024 by Scott and Melissa Cagle, we are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, fully funded by private donations. Your support helps us bring hope and transformation to individuals and communities.
